In an effort to continue serving our community, while protecting the health and safety of customers and employees, Maricopa County Planning and Development Department’s customer service lobby is closed to the public.

We are accepting permits online or via a drop-box, which is located outside the lobby at 501 N. 44th Street, Suite 200.

Customers can call 602-506-8573 or email for assistance with online permitting.

Emergency electrical permits and FastTrack eligible permits should be submitted via our online portal.  Apply for a permit .  A list of permits that are eligible for FastTrack can be found here.  Fast Track permits are currently reviewed in 4-5 business days.

Select events for more than 50 people in unincorporated Maricopa County require a Large Special Event Permit.  Click here to apply or call  602-506-3301 with questions.
