3. What is the cost of my permit?: Each permit requires an annual fee. The annual fees are listed on page 11 of the Maricopa County Environmental Health Code (PDF).

6. How will I know when my permit expires?: A renewal notice for the permit will be sent to the mailing address listed on the permit prior to the expiration date of the permit. If the permit is no longer required, cancel the permit by contacting the Maricopa County Environmental Services Department.

7. What size lettering do I use for my Maricopa County permit number?: The lettering must be a minimum of 3 inch lettering and must be of a contrasting color to the surface they are located on to allow easy identification of the vehicle.
