The 30 Day Transition allows New Owners of existing (currently permitted) school grounds to remain in business for 30 days while the permit application is in the review process and the criteria detailed in the Maricopa County Environmental Health Code (MCEHC) are in compliance.
The Department will review the application and the inspection history and email the owner the status (approval/denial) of the 30 Day Transition.

Deliver hard copy to the Department if not able to attach here or in the web transfer client site (instructions provided below).
